2025 Beer & Wine Vendor Form
If you are interested in being a vendor at our 2025 event, please submit the following information. All vendors MUST provide proof of insurance to participate.

Saturday, April 19th, 2025 | 1PM- 6PM

Citizen's Circle 
151 SE Osceola Avenue
Ocala, FL 34471

Load In: 8AM - 10AM am (complete set up by 12:00 pm day of event)
Tear Down: By 6pm

Participation Fee: FREE

Brewery/Bar Receives:
     - 10x10 booth space & complimentary ice to keep beer cool
     - Logo with link on brickcitybeerandwinefest.com and official Brick City Beer & Wine Fest Facebook event page
     - Listed in event guide available for attendees
     
Beer vendors will provide:
     - 30-45 gallons of beer (can be different varieties)
     - Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/cans
     - Tent, tables, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up, including weights / sandbags to secure tents. NO STAKING INTO THE GROUND.)
     - Personnel to serve during the event
     - In-brewery and social media promotion for the event
